Campers can invite a friend who would like to try out Camp APEX with them for a day! We now offer a flexible Single-Day Adventure Pass — great for anyone who is new to APEX or wants to experience camp before signing up for the whole week. Friends can purchase a Single-Day Adventure Pass on our Summer Camps registration page, and if they like it, the price of the pass can be credited toward continuing on for the full-week registration at Camp APEX.

We’re so excited to welcome your camper to Camp APEX—a week of climbing, outdoor adventure, friendship, exploration, and unforgettable summer memories.

Our goal isn’t simply to keep kids busy during the summer. It’s to help them grow in confidence, character, curiosity, and courage through experiences they’ll remember long after camp ends.

Whether your camper is joining us to conquer new climbing challenges, make lifelong friends, paddle across the lake, explore the outdoors, or simply discover something new about themselves, we’re honored to be part of their summer.

✅ Before Camp Begins

Please complete this one important step before your camper arrives on Monday:

  • Complete the Parent Survey & Sign the Camp Waiver

    The pre-camp survey collects information about your camper, emergency contacts, medical information, swimming ability, and authorized pickup adults. After you submit the survey, you will immediately receive the camp waiver via email to sign next. Every camper must have a completed survey and waiver before participating in Camp APEX activities.

Please complete the pre-camp survey as soon as possible so we can prepare for your camper’s arrival. The camp waiver will follow by email once you submit the survey.

Camp Tip

Label everything—backpacks, water bottles, lunchboxes, and towels. A permanent marker on Monday morning saves a lot of lost-and-found searching on Friday afternoon.

What to Bring

Pack these essentials for a great day at camp.

🎒 What to Bring

Please pack the following items each day:

  • Small backpack
  • Refillable water bottle (labeled)
  • Packed lunch in insulated lunchbox with ice pack
  • Optional extra snack
  • Hat or visor
  • Closed-toe athletic shoes
  • Sunscreen (Please apply before arrival.)
  • Bug spray or bug-repellent bracelet
  • Change of clothes
  • Swimsuit
  • Small towel

🏊 Swimsuits

Bring your swimsuit on Monday.

Campers may leave swimsuits hanging in our private changing rooms throughout the week, making it easy to enjoy daily water activities.

Camp Tip

Pack the night before with your camper. A packed-and-ready backpack by the door makes for a calm Monday morning and a confident first day.

Medication & Policies

Health, safety, and pickup policies to keep camp running smoothly.

💊 Medication

Whenever possible, please administer medications before and after camp.

If medication must be given during camp hours, contact us beforehand so we can create an appropriate plan.

🚗 Authorized Pickup

Please list every adult authorized to pick up your child on your Camp Survey.

We may request identification before releasing campers.

Anyone not listed will require parent authorization before pickup.

🌦️ Rain or Shine

Camp runs rain or shine.

Our indoor climbing facility and flexible schedule allow us to adapt activities while keeping camp safe and fun.

Did You Know?

Our indoor climbing facility means a rainy afternoon never ruins the fun—campers simply move indoors and keep the adventure going.
