What Is Camp APEX?
Camp APEX is a premium summer adventure day camp hosted by APEX Climbing & Spa at Wire Park in Watkinsville, Georgia. Designed for Rising 1st Graders to Rising 8th Graders (approximately ages 7–14), Camp APEX combines the region's most exciting indoor climbing experience with classic outdoor summer camp memories, confidence-building challenges, meaningful friendships, and unforgettable adventure.
Every camp day begins and ends at APEX Climbing & Spa, where campers enjoy instructor-led climbing, games, challenges, and time with the encouraging APEX Crew — a team whose mission is not just to supervise kids, but to help them grow in confidence, courage, character, teamwork, and independence.

Campers experience a full and active week that blends indoor adventure with outdoor exploration. In addition to climbing each day at APEX, campers enjoy scheduled activities throughout Wire Park as well as short-distance field trips — including visits to nearby parks and natural sites.
The Snack Shack is designed to feel like a classic old-school summer camp tradition — complete with daily snacks and drinks included for every camper, popsicles after hot activities, camp music, and the kind of simple summer moments kids remember for years.
